”NAVIGATING TO AND THROUGH THE HEART OF GOD!” You must choose the way of the cross. When you look at the above picture, it’s clear that the world’s path is often preferred. This choice is made by the way He is calling you to walk. It is not the popular route to take. It is a lonely road. You walk alone with Christ. You are called to die daily and repent from worldly desires. These desires choke the spiritual growth you want. When you recognize fleshy habits and how to process your heart and mindsets. How do you indulge yourselves? It is imperative that you invite Jesus into this process. Tell Him your thoughts, what you are struggling with and how you long for Him. Tell Him you need His help to arise to the next level. To help you conquer and confront your own challenges and break off strongholds that are preventing your progress. Worship and praise helps you to climb the rungs of the ladder towards Him. Decide, are you willing to go alone? This song came to my mind. I have decided to follow Jesus. Sing ‘I have decided to follow Jesus 3xs. No turning back, no turning back. Though none will go with me, I still will follow, 3xs, no turning back, no turning back. My cross I’ll carry, till I see Jesus; 3xs, no turning back, no turning back. The world behind me, the cross before me, 3xs, no turning back, no turning back.“ That song reveals how your choice matters today more than ever before. There comes a time where no LOOKING BACK is needed, essential and required.
Your eyes focused and fixed on the one whom you love! Jesus and His love and your love for Him keeps you on the right pathway. To find the pathway that leads to higher ground, you must seek Him. Trusting in His leadership, to guide you to the safe passageways and to learn navigating through the heart of God. It is a spiritual journey and a discipline. It is learned by suffering and being capable of fall and get back up quickly. Mistakes are made when we learn anything new. I was led to write more about this. Spiritually, I felt prompted to focus on unconfessed sins. These are thoughts that have never been addressed.Behavior, attitudes and mindsets that require some action. I am not sure why it was pressed on me to share, regarding a stalled heart. I don’t know if I can articulate it. I felt I could understand one because of the many issues I have been experiencing and made it through.
What is a stalled heart really? Maybe similar to a stale heart, one that need blood and oxygen to survive and thrive. A murky and clear path could also describe a stalled heart. Unable to see the path, due to obstruction or walls that hinders access! It can mean blockages in the areas where you have issues and calcification. Hardness of the heart spiritually. You might have gone through a long season of heartbreak. During this time, negative and harsh words, spiritual trauma, and attacks may have affected you. The intense warfare from circumstances from grief, amplified by anxiety, trauma lack of love and luster of life. A heart that has lost hopes has no vision. This causes the heart to cease. It is waiting for the shock treatment to bring a fresh current of consciousness into it. There is a medical term “cardiac arrest “ the heart electrical system has failed to pump the blood effectively and requires immediate medical attention CPR. A spirtual heart attack can cause brokenness to the point it isn’t beating normal or even at all. And need to be shocked back to rhythm. Defibilation, shocks a irregular heartbeat, maybe a mindset change, a new attitude, a shifting sense of God leading you in the right path can help to restore and recover your inner peace and stabalize you through the process. Perhaps you have been spiritually sick, disconnected from God, fellowship, the Word, prayer due to prolonged illness, stress, grief or lack of faith. A disconnect emotionally detached or an absence of purpose or hope or a sense of belonging. See green journals.

As you grow in Christ, you will find yourself in places that you don’t like or understand. It can be uncomfortable and hard. Sometimes, it is just plain difficult and painful. You all have experienced discomfort, troubled times, and even severe depression. Not one person, saved or unsaved has been tossed around in rough seas metaphorically. It is apart of your daily life and growth. Life is always moving fast. Your choices, actions and decisions make your life better or worse. You decide what you want to do. You choose what you focus on and what you ignore. Furthermore, you choose how you want to achieve your goals or neglect yourselves or the Lord.
I am sure most of the readers are Christians. You are not left tossed about by
You have a SAVIOR, THAT WILL WALK ON THE WATERS to help you. He will cause the storms to cease and prevent your ship from sinking! Even if you’re unsure. He is nearby. He is waiting for your voice to cry out for His help! He created each one of us! He is waiting on you to make Him a priority in your heart. You are on a spiritual journey, a path that I am sure we are grateful we are on. There is no other pathway to lasting peace. But there are many times along the way, it gets harder to find footing. The path narrows and it’s a steep climb and even a treacherous path.
The Lord spoke to me recently. He said, “TRUST ME AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, BECAUSE IT DOES.” Right now, I am being still. Waiting on Him. I have no clue what is next, but It is ok. I am stalled. I trust in MY GOD. He knows what He is doing. I know I am going higher, in this next chapter. There are many things I must deal with in some areas of my life. I will wait on Him and seek Him. I must be ready for the next level of spiritual warfare. The higher the level, stronger the devil. I am preparing for my breakthrough. It’s true. You must recognize the challenges of the flesh, and how it can effect your future and spiritual development and growth. You must look at all things that are hindering and preventing your next steps to be made.
The Lord won’t allow you to move fast through this. I believe God is going to strip off your weights that have been keeping you from His best. A greater portion of His revelations and His wisdom. Miracles, signs, wonders that He has given you individually. The greater works, He has promised in these times. The cost is great. You must be willing to lay down your all, to obtain what He has for you. The climb is great. You have come to far, to go back. You will enter into all that He has for you. What about you?

Coming out of darkness, you can enter into His pure light. You all started out feeling broken. You repented and found Jesus. You were thankful for His forgiveness and help. He gave you the zeal as you started out. But as months turn to years, and years turns to centuries and so forth, you find yourself at a tough crossroad. Where you will decide what to do and what turns you will take. You must be still and wait on the Lord. This will allow Him to take the path ahead and show you the way. He just asks you to wait, and He will show your the next steps to take, at the right moment. Will you be steady and patient in the process and wait?!Jesus told the disciples to got to Jerusalem to upper room, to wait on the Holy Spirit. Many people made their way to the room, entered, but failed to wait and left before He came. We need His filling, refilling of His purpose. We need to unite in Christ. The church must return to waiting for the Spirit to come and shift our faith. The church will move to its new glory. The glorious Leader Jesus Christ must come to His place as leader. 3/29/2025 God’s direction and directives see green journal new one back pages. reread fully focus on God.
I have made many wrong choices in my journey, by plowing ahead. The paths led me on many routes. These were like rabbit trails that were never meant for me to go. But they ensured I sought out the heart of God. They made me find the mind of God to get back to the right place. His heart is my home. He knows what we are going to do ahead of time. He knows and sees our hearts and our love for Him. He is gracious and kind to everyone. He doesn’t chastise us for being human, and making honest mistakes and decisions. He will correct and teach us valuable lessons and give us insight and revelations on many things that we experience. Everything has meaning. There is a life lesson to glean from it, allowing us to help others we meet along the way. This is His Way.

As I was preparing for the message, I came across a story that was about a stalled heart. It was a great perspective to explore. A couple of friends were hiking on a steep ridge. She said she was tired and breathing hard. Her friend asked if she was ok. She said, yes, and no. She paused, to catch her breath, and to slow her heart rate down. She looked around at the beautiful scene, and even though it was hard, it was worthwhile. Between the ups and downs in our journey, she said, “somewhere along the way it got hard. Really hard. In those hard times you feel stalled. And it’s at those moments when the enemy can declare you’re a failure or you don’t measure up. Feeling stalled is different than being stagnant. Feeling stalled can be a result of moving ahead.” We can walk but not get far. The flesh hinders us from moving to the next levels. We must tackle and manage all areas that are not yet yielded. We must also deal with areas that have been ruling in the flesh.

That resonated with my heart. I thought of course. I have been moving along fine and now I am at a crossroads. I am feeling stuck. Sensing, it is time to take higher ground. Or stall, and choose a easier route!?
I want to come forth as pure gold. I will yield and surrender to God who is calling everyone to higher ground.
“That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.” Psalm 26:7

There are many times in our lives where we don’t know what to do or where we’re are going. This is a crucial time for us to wait in prayer on God’s timing, and His guidance and wisdom. I am in a position where it is necessary to pray and to seek Him. Even in the midst of some difficulties I am grateful to Him. His faithfulness, patience and His love has sustained me through many difficult days. We all carry a weight of our cross, it is different for each person. No one has the same experiences, emotions, and we don’t see through the same lens as others.
We can all thank the Lord for His unconditional love, understanding and mercy. I am in an unpleasant place. Yet, I pray and will work hard to get through it. There are times we stand alone with Jesus in your mess will make it a meaningful message. He will take your test and make it into a testimony. The Lord knows what you need and He will give you the strength and grace to make necessary changes.
Regardless, you can always use your words to exalt and glorify your Savior! He is always worthy of praise and adoration. Testify of His mighty works and delight in His presence! I am glad I serve a big God. He knows that I am dependent on Him. He knows I can’t do anything apart from Him.

It is often an uphill climb. Reaching the next level is always difficult. You will be stretched, and oftentimes you will be weakened and tired. You have to develop fortitude, patience and self discipline, which will help you keep going ahead in life. There times when it feels messy and you aren’t sure how it will end. You need to trust God will take you down the paths. He will lead you to paths of safety.
In these days, you must be reminded of the fragility of life. You have seen many tragic events in our nation as well as globally. Lives matter. Life matters. Your world matters to the Lord! You don’t always understand the whys or the how. You also don’t understand the what if’s. But God does and He has all the answers and intel.

Praise Him. Delight yourself in the Lord.

Sometimes, all we can do is lift our hands and worship the Lord. To give Him our best praise in the midst of all our pain and troubles. Some days, all you can do is pray and trust God for the strength to prevail. You must press through your pain.
I have stood alone for many years, and I am grateful that I can say, God has NEVER failed me! He hasn’t forsaken me. I will not be downcast or not be troubled. God is on our side. Many trials, you will wall alone with the Lord. No person can help you with your problems but God!
Of course you all desire it. But there is a cost. Each level the costs get higher but so do the rewards. You have to be willing to wait on Him, and move slowly and be still to hear from Him. “The higher you climb, the harder the fall.” Humility and trusting Him is everything to help you to navigate this path. He knows what is ahead and what is best for you. “Feeling stalled can be the result of moving ahead!” But trekking up a mountain you have to drop some baggage off, at some point, it weighs you down. During the trials in our lives, we feel overwhelmed and anxious. We worry about what happens next. How will it affect the future? So many thoughts, feelings, and emotions!
I have said it and won’t tire of repeating it. The Lord cares about you. He wants you to stop and pour out your heart to Him.Empty your mind. Cast all your cares on Him! We are all going through a phase of spiritual awakening and growth. It is a new phase in our journey. God is establishing us to become more powerful and stronger than ever. The battle is raging stronger than any time before.
You will reach a point in the journey that requires you to take a leap of faith. Often, it is the only way to the next level, and it reveals the next step in our path. This spiritual transition is deeply personal. To move past a stalled heart, you must make some bold decisions. Examine all the options available to you. Decide what you will let go of. You can stay stuck and stalled, by not moving ahead in step with the Lord. By staying in the current moment, in flesh of fight or flight. Struggling with the goads, rebelling against the Lord, or being an ostrich, burying your head in the ground. Ignoring the truth.
Better yet, you can talk it out with the Lord. Press into Him. Pour out your heart. Ask Him to strengthen your heart and open it more to His will. To take the leap of faith in your life. Scary times. It is a tough decision. He has never failed me. I remember the first time, He showed me this. He said He is my bungee cord. I won’t fall to my death. I let go of my life and lived! Each stage of promotion and progress we make requires us to become willing to die. Each time, as He gave me revelation, that we all will experience a garden experience where we have to accept, surrender, go to the cross, die, buried, and we will have resurrections. Each time we gain more spiritual knowledge, power and overcoming victory. We become stronger and more resilient and adaptive to the challenges of the cross.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9, where the Apostle Paul writes, “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed. We are perplexed, but not in despair. We are persecuted, but not abandoned. We are struck down, but not destroyed.” Paul and the other Apostles experienced many hardships and difficulties but not defeated or overcome by them. If we dwell too long upon them, yes. We can sense the chaos. We can feel the turbulence of the turmoil of the storms. Just as the disciples were scared of their own fate, Jesus came up to the rescue. He calmed the storm in the midst of their fears. Just as Jesus walked on the water, storms are meant to be walked on through the storm of your life. Even Peter, bid Jesus to have him come and walk on the water with Him. Peter took some steps. Then he was overwhelmed by the waves. He couldn’t keep His eyes on Jesus. Which is ALL our problem as well. That is the key for us all. What are you focusing on during the storm? Naturally, we all can react by getting into self defense mode. You can easily start self pitying or self sabotaging, selfishly to escape the responsibility of your own actions. Ouch, I know it too well.
There have been plenty of times in my life, I had to make hard choices. Choose the Spirit and die to the flesh. We must choose to sacrifice to climb higher. Everyday, in every phase of life we make sacrifices to deny ourselves or we give in to the temptation. Let go of worldly things, desires, and habits. You need to survive in the current day. As the days grow darker, you must find ways to live spiritually in the heart of God. God is calling us to higher places in Him. To bolder things, to make greater progress and leaps of faith. We must step up and into a greater power and anointing He is calling us to. We let go of the little things that we cling to. Then, we will learn to embrace new things. These are things we never thought possible.

It is essential to stop. Pray and think on what the Lord would wish for me to do. Consider what path should I choose? The problem today, is many are in such a hurry. It is not the time to go fast on a pathway that’s steep, rocky, and not well traveled. You can make deadly mistakes being rushed ahead. That is not the Lord’s work. He is slow and steady. The Lord wants us to ask for wisdom and also to avoid pitfalls. If you have been on the spiritual path for a long period, you have already made mistakes. You are wiser because of it. You learn to inquire the Lord, for the next steps. There were times when I was stuck in a cleft of a rock. It was a hard place to be in. I had to navigate through the darkness. I moved slowly down the steep tight roped path. Eventually, I saw an opening that led me to the other side.

There is freedom and liberty to choose what you like and receive what the Lord wants to give you. He says, He is doing a new thing. Isaiah 43:19 is often cited when discussing God doing a “new thing.” It states, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

This verse speaks of God’s promise to bring about something fresh and unexpected, particularly in challenging times. He will always take us safely through each passage. It is time to step out of our comfort zones and take courage and know we have to elevate. We have to let go of our little ways. We need to trim our wicks. We need to fill up with the Word and the oil. We must walk in the fullness of the Spirit. He is calling us to be more resilient and more effective than ever. The battle is now raging on more than before. The enemy has come to target whosoever is not in step with God. We must equip ourselves for battle. It is going on whether you engage or not. Laying in slumber is not going to help you get through. It is a entrapment, and it is time to arise and awaken to your new self. To process and seek God to heal you is a must.

Biblical definitions of shame include confusion, dishonor or reproach. Shame in modern day terms is an emotion rooted in our failure (real or perceived) to meet our own (or others’) expectations and causes us to feel inadequate or unworthy. Shame can certainly be a consequence of sin and rooted in guilt if unconfessed.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
A stalled heart, can also be from complacency, not awake, slumbering as if, I don’t care. It can be a spiritual apathy which needs a spiritual awakening and awareness that you are in a vulnerable state. Spiritual apathy, can be deadly for your soul! Complacency, is you are satisfied with your current state. This must be recognized to move ahead, deal with this in prayer, confession and repentance. A apathetic Christian must force themselves to feed regularly on the Word as well as the preached Word. This will help you to conquer the apathy that has taken over your soul. It leads to a lazy spirit. You must not let the slumber root in your heart. It will make your mind and soul be like wild weeds. These weeds take over. They restrict you from being effective in your prayer life. They also prevent you from actively engaging in your personal warfare. Laziness will lead to tiredness. It drains you and burns your body and soul. It leads to a hardened heart and develops callousness. Sinfulness creeps in, opening up self desires and compromising your heart.
If your not filling yourself up with the Word of God, your replacing it with something else. Only you can fill in the blank to that. In 2 Timothy 3, we read of all the areas that the fallen nature turns to. That is why you and I MUST take precautions. We must keep our eyes open. Stay aware of what is happening below the radar of your internal environment. Be mindful of what you are dwelling on. What is bogging you down ? Notice what is tripping you up? We are all being put in a pressure pot. Warfare, has increased. Everyone is going through something!
Having regular prayer and conversations with the Lord about everything that is going on as you can determine. Make confessions and repent. Admit apathy, slumber, and other emotions that you can see. Simply invite Jesus into this season of your life, with all the circumstances you’re facing. You are not alone, He is walking with you through your life. It will help you to recognize the need to let go of your fleshy habits. These habits are strongholds resisting the surrender of your soul to the Lord. We must cooperate with the Lord, to be apart of this great awakening. OBEDIENCE IS THE KEY.

Matthew 25. The Parable of the Ten Virgins
1Then the kingdom of heaven will be compared to ten virgins who took their lamps. They went out to meet the bridegroom. 2And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.”
We all must be willing to pay the price for obedience at ALL costs! One day, it will pay off for you. Focus on yourself and your heart condition with Jesus first. Then pray for family, friends, and world events as you are led to. But greater than that, you have to be willing to sacrifice your life. To lose it is to gain it back. Dying to yourself and your tendency towards the fleshy desires is essential. By the oil of the Word, of filling up your heart on the word of God, communicate with Him. Be still and quiet with Him. Worship and praises also helps us to get our hearts and minds on Him. Being still is necessary for our souls. It prevents them from being disturbed and troubled by the world. Chaos surrounds our lives.
Our attention must be on Him. He is our influence. We must not forget where our strength comes from. It is Not the circle of friends, or the people in your life. It is in the intimacy that you allow Him. Read that again! It is how much you love and long for Him. We should recognize the barrenness in our current situation. Then, we must step up into the next level and phases He alone will reveal. I shared with a friend that the spiritual warfare is increasing. We must take action to fight. We need to step up to the plate to save our lives. Trust God as if your life depends upon it. Because it really does.

I was looking up the sin of witchcraft and came upon the scripture in 1 Samuel 15:23. Now, read slowly, that witchcraft is linked to rebellion, idolatry and stubbornness that operates AGAINST the LORD!!! Now, read again and again until you see and understand what God is saying to His people! This is what we all fight against. The fallen nature. Disobedience to God alone and NOT prioritizing God’s will over your own!
Now we see in the scripture two examples, of two different people. One is David. God selected him for His heart, his boldness, and courage. He was also chosen for his humility, love, and dedication to the Lord. The other man, is Saul. Praised by man, sought for his stature, strength, his ability and his pride. We can see two different natures. Two different people and ways of processing the dealings of God. Now this is not the only perspective we can explore. There are multifaceted ways God works within our understanding and our own experiences with His dealings!
Where are you prioritizing your will over His? This is not a fun game we are playing with. This is about a pure, honest heart we must come to with His! Owning our stuff! Like David did in Psalm 51. And we also must look at the life of King Saul. His refusal of dealing with his own heart condition and his inability of understanding the truth about his condition. That is mankind’s struggle.
.
I am sure you can see yourself in both of these men. It relates to the common struggle that humanity has. We show our hearts to our God. Yet, when the rubber meets the road, we see our temptation to go ahead of God. We do our own thing. Our impatience and lack of self-awareness cause us to forget what matters most to God. Obedience and trusting in Him are paramount.
What does it really mean? Are you willing to allow the personal examination and scrutiny process? This should be under the influence of the Holy Spirit and with His Word. It must be in cooperation with Him. It should be aligned with His Word. His unction must live within the heart and soul. It comes with His pronouncement of our faith in Him. It relies on His accuracy and our willingness to align to Him in His truth.
We have perception issues. We struggle to take off our way of viewing reality. We see His ways are much higher and more effective. This is the crucial part, are you going to be prideful or walk in humility? You choose wisely. What would please the Lord? I believe pleasing Him begins with inviting Him into our hearts. We decide to let Him show us our habits, behaviors, and attitudes. We then write them down. Seek Him within regardless of your circumstances. We need to long and cry out more for Him. We need to ask Him to create in ME a CLEAN HEART OH GOD!
Especially, if you’re responsible for leading and helping others through their difficulties, you must lead by example. This includes, pastors, teachers, leaders, prophets, evangelists, moms, dads, counselors, and really all people groups are called to this task. Preparing for the next chapter of the life as we all know it. I want to be there with Jesus’s rule and reign.
1 Samuel 15:23 “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.” Saul heard this, but he didn’t repent nor did he believe it. He kept on bucking the Lord, resisting His orders. He didn’t want to make any effort to adjust his rosy glasses. He refused to take off his own belt of truth. He did not put on God’s belt of truth. Because it is both clearly different results.
Nathan came to King David when he deceived himself to “fix” and hide that he killed Uriah, Bathsheba’s husband on the battlefield.
